Menu
AMF
The Adios Mother*****r or AMF is bold, boozy, and blue. Featuring five—yes, five—alcoholic components, it’s very similar to the Long Island Iced Tea. But where the LIIT calls for triple sec and cola, this cocktail requires a slug of blue curaçao and a topper of Sierra Mist. That curaçao swap results in the vibrant color, while the soda switch gives the drink a lighter, more citrusy flavor. A mix of gin, white rum, tequila, vodka, Blue Curaco, lemon juice and simple syrup.
The Birthday Cake Shot
The birthday cake shot is a really fun way to kick start a Birthday party or another party! This sweet and tasty shot features vanilla vodka and hazelnut liqueur
Black Russian
The Black Russian is a simple, two-part cocktail combining vodka and Kahlúa, a coffee liqueur that’s made with rum, sugar and arabica coffee. The drink was created in the late 1940s by bartender Gustave Tops at the Hotel Metropole in Brussels.
Cherry Bomb
This bad boy mixes up sky cherry vodka, and, of course, some Red Bull. It’s hard to say where this Cherry Bomb mixed drink was first made or who first made it, but we’re going to go ahead and guess that it’s based on the Cherry Bomb firework. It is a bomb shot after all…
Cinnamon Toast Crunch Shot
Breakfast and the bar rarely mingle due to their opposing schedules. But if you believe that cereal is a meal best enjoyed without time constraints, then you’ll be jazzed to discover this Cinnamon Toast Crunch–inspired shot. The simple formula? Equal parts Fireball whisky and RumChata—the creamy horchata-flavored liqueur—rimmed with cinnamon sugar.
Dixie Breakfast
Time to get down south with Southern Comfort (or SoCo, if you prefer) which is a whiskey-based liqueur with notes of fruit and spice and amaretto, the sweet and nutty liqueur best known for its starring role in the Amaretto Sour. Those disparate ingredients are brought into alignment with the citrusy bite of orange juice and some welcome dilution that occurs when you shake everything together.
Duck Fart Shot
Once you get over laughing about the name, you’re going to love the taste of this Duck Fart Shot! It’s even more fun to drink! This surprisingly pretty layered shot combines coffee liqueur, Irish cream, and Crown Royal, and will impress anybody who tries it with its appearance and unique buzz.
Gren Tea Shot
Even though this Green Tea Shot doesn’t actually contain green tea, it still somehow tastes as if it does. This awesome whiskey shooter combines Peach Schnapps, sweet & sour, lemon lime soda, and Irish Whiskey, and is perfect for people who are just dipping their toe into the world of whiskey. This shot is perfect for all you Jameson drinkers out there too, because even though it has a bunch of ingredients, you can still clearly the taste the famous Irish whiskey flavor profile. These bad boys are perfect as party shots, pre-gaming shots, or just some fun little shooters to bust out with when you are out with friends.
Gummy Bear Shot
This shot hasn’t been around that long, but those who like it rave about it. It tastes like a gummy bear and who does not like gummy bears! The color depends entirely on which flavored Vodka you use, these bad boys call for raspberry vodka, peach schnapps, sweet and sour and sierra mist!
Irish Breakfast Shot
This delicious mixed drink combines Irish Whiskey, Butterscotch Schnapps, orange juice, and of course a piece of bacon — ’cause what better way to get a vacation morning going than with some bacon and a strong whiskey mixed drink?
Jager Bomb
Simple and easy, grab Jäger and a pint glass of Red Bull, and bang, you’re good to go! Even though this drink (which is usually spelled as one word, although you may sometimes see it as “Jäger bomb”) is very simple, it’s become a staple drink for young partiers throughout the U.S. thanks to its ability to keep people energized while they’re tipsy. Although the origin of the Jägerbomb is uncertain (some say it was first conceived of in Ireland), it has doubtlessly spread across the world, popping up in countries like Germany, Mexico, Finland, and Greece. In Germany it’s referred to as a “Turbojäger,” in Mexico as a “Perla Negra,” in Finland as a “Fliegender Hirsch,” and in Greece as a “Ypovrýchio.” In terms of taste, expect a combination of artificial raspberry flavors from the Red Bull and artificial licorice flavors from the Jäger.
Kamikaze Shot
The Kamikaze Shot contains vodka, triple sec, and lime juice, and is pretty much guaranteed to keep the party from crashing. According to the Kamikaze wiki, which notes a Bevvy article, David Wondrich, a cocktail historian, says that the Kamikaze shot first showed up on the scene in 1976 and may have been the first-ever “shooter” drink. By the way, “Kamikaze” a Japanese word that literally means “divine wind”. So think about that while you’re drinking this Kamikaze cocktail!
Lemon Drop Shot
The Lemon Drop first squeezed to life in San Francisco sometime during the 1970s. Its inventor, Norman Jay Hobday, an out-of-work Vietnam vet turned saloon owner, is also credited with opening the country’s first fern bar, a concept that mixed house plants and Tiffany lamps with throngs of upwardly mobile urbanites. Both were an instant hit. And for two-plus decades, the Lemon Drop dominated cocktail menus from North Beach to Bangkok, hooking a generation of bar patrons on its boozy-tart-sweet mélange of vodka, fresh lemon juice and simple sugar.
Long Beach Iced Tea
This awesome twist on the classic Long Island Iced Tea drink combines vodka, rum, gin, tequila, Triple Sec, sweet and sour, and cranberry juice, and manages to nail a huge range of delicious cocktail flavors. In terms of how exactly the Long Beach Iced Tea recipe differs from that of the classic Long Island Iced Tea, that comes down to substituting cranberry juice for the Coke. Keep in mind that this is a very potent drink recipe, so you’ll want to sip it slow, or even share it with friends. Due to this potent strength, as well as the fact that this drink is usually a bargain at bars, it’s often referred to as one of the best birthday drinks out there.
Long Island Iced Tea
The Long Island Iced Tea was popularized in the 1970s and remains a beloved drink. It’s possible the cocktail was born out of Prohibition, when thirsty scofflaws wanted to disguise their booze. It’s also possible the drink sprung up in the ’70s at a bar in Long Island, or maybe at a TGI Friday’s. This much is known: You still can’t throw a lemon wedge inside the chain restaurant without knocking one over. On paper, the Long Island Iced Tea is one hot mess of a drink. Four different—and disparate—spirits slugging it out in a single glass, vodka, white rum, silver tequila and gin along with triple sec, lemon juice and cola? The recipe reads more like a frat-house hazing ritual than one of the world’s most popular cocktails. And yet, somehow, it works.
Pineapple Upside Down Shot
The Pineapple Upside-Down shot is a fun vodka-based shooter that, while not the most sophisticated drink in the world, is a popular one for parties and bars. The Pineapple Upside-Down shot is a semi-layered shot, with bright-red grenadine at the bottom and pineapple juice and vanilla vodka on top to emulate the look of an actual pineapple upside-down cake.
Red Head Slut
This Redheaded Slut Shot is one of the hottest Jägermeister cocktail shots out there, trust us. This beautiful Peach Schnapps shooter mixes up Jägermeister and cranberry juice, and is a really sexy red shot that tastes just as good as it looks. If you ask for this shot at most bars, the bartenders should know what you’re talking about. We say “should” because the Redheaded Slut goes by many other names, including “Ginger Bitch” and even sometimes as a “Lindsay Lohan.” Although the Lindsay Lohan includes a splash of Coke.
Scooby Shot
And the best part? They’re based on the classic cartoon, Scooby-Doo! This is another one of those drinks with an unknown origin, but we can only assume that it was made by a big fan of Scooby Doo and delicious cocktails. This bad boy mixes up coconut rum, creme de banana, melon liqueur, pineapple juice, and whipped cream. It’s also garnished with some whipped cream for some extra dessert cocktail vibes. The drink is based on the iconic Scooby Snacks, which Scooby-Doo producer William Hanna imagined tasting like some sort of a caramel-flavored cookie. While this sounds delicious, we have no idea how that recipe turned into this one.
Sex on the Beach
The Sex on the Beach cocktail is known as much for its provocative name as its fruity, refreshing taste. It’s unclear exactly when or where the drink was invented, but popular liquor-soaked lore points to a Florida bartender who created the drink in 1987 as part of a liquor distribution company’s promotion to sell peach schnapps. With a mix of vodka, peach schnapps, orange juice and cranberry juice this drink was a mainstay of 1980s and 1990s cocktail menus, and though it fell out of favor during the ensuring craft cocktail renaissance, it’s still a popular call at beach bars and a favorite among vacationers.
Shillelagh Shot
Bring out the Irish Spring! Made with Jameson Irish Whiskey and Baileys Original Irish Cream. As invigorating as a cold shower, it tasted fresh and clean as a whistle. Manly, yes, but you’ll like it, too!
Tom Collins
Elaborate infusions and esoteric bitters are fun, but you don’t need anything fancy to create a great cocktail. Often, easy-to-source ingredients combined in simple packages result in the best drinks. Case in point: the Tom Collins, a classic cocktail featuring gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and club soda. The refreshing drink tastes like a spiked sparkling lemonade and is equipped with all you need to cool down on a hot day. There’s some debate as to the cocktail’s origin. According to drinks historian David Wondrich, the Tom Collins is strikingly similar to the gin punches being served in London bars during the 19th century. An enterprising barkeep named John Collins named the concoction after himself, whether or not he invented it. But given that the cocktail was typically made with Old Tom gin, drinkers eventually took to requesting Tom rather than John Collinses.
Tuaca Bomb
This is not a difficult mixture, follow along carefully, pour Red Bull into a glass. Pour Tuaca into a shot glass. Drop shot glass into the glass containing the Red Bull and chug the whole thing and repeat.
Vegas Bomb
Obviously it was first made in Las Vegas. In terms of ingredients, this bad boy mixes up Crown Royal Whiskey, Peach Schnapps, and Red Bull. Regardless, if you love bomb shot cocktails, you gotta give this bad boy a shot! Viva Las Vegas Baby!
Washington Apple Shot
The Washington apple is a fabulous and fun drink. It’s a tasty whiskey cocktail that mixes Crown Royal, apple schnapps, and cranberry juice to create a deliciously fruity, sweet, and sour drink. Over the years, the taste of the Washington apple has gained notoriety in the bar, it’s so popular that it’s served as a classy martini, a party shooter, or on the rocks in either a tall or short glass.
White Russian
Ah, the White Russian. It’s a classic, albeit one that’s duly filed under “guilty pleasures” in the recipe box. But this well-known blend of vodka, coffee liqueur and heavy cream is full of surprises, one of which is that its not Russian in any meaningful way and has only the merest connection to the land of Bolsheviks and tzars. The name is a variant of the Black Russian, which in turn was created by a Belgian bartender in honor of the American ambassador to Luxembourg. (Still no Russians, though, other than the ones who made the vodka.)
New Fashioned
If your a fan of an old fashioned, then you must try the new fashion. An old-time cocktail gets a modern update with muddled cherries and orange with simple sugar, Woodford reserve bourbon, and bitters. All mixed well with ice and served with a cherry garnish.
The Cucumber Watermelon
What can be better than a hot summer day with some cool, refreshing and plenty of alcohol! We take tequila, triple sec, watermelon schnapps, and sour mix and shake it up Taylor Swift style with cold ice. Drop-in some cucumber slices and top it off with a splash of sierra mist and you’ve got one heck of a cocktail.
The Bees Knees
The phrase the “bee’s knees” was used in Prohibition times as slang to mean “the best.” This cocktail, a gin sour that’s believed to have been created around that time, used lemon and honey to mask the harsh smell of bathtub gin. We make ours a little better these days, with Tanqueray and lemon juice, shaken well and poured over ice.
Cherry Limeade
This super delicious cocktail will take you back to your younger years, not that you were drinking then but we’re not judging. We muddle cherries and limes and mix in Sky Cherry Vodka with triple sec and a splash of sierra mist for a fun cocktail bursting with flavor!
Specialty Drinks
Antwon’s Hurricane
The Hurricane is not a cocktail of subtlety. Its double serving of rum and suite of fruit juices and sweeteners have been packing a punch since the early 1940s, when it was invented at Pat O’Brien’s in New Orleans. According to Shelly Waguespak, the president of the family-owned bar, the Hurricane was created due to a surplus of rum. In the 1940s, rum was easier to acquire than whiskey and other liquors, so Pat O’Brien’s began experimenting with the spirit, eventually landing on the Hurricane. Our Hurricane is composed of two types of rum, lime juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, lime juice grenadine and simple syrup. It’s sweet, fruity and boozy, so it contains all the hallmarks of a good party drink and Antwon will personally deliver it to you with a smile!

A few of these and a quick 14er and you know you are in Colorado!
Angry Balls
The name alone is awesome and the taste is the balance between cinnamon spice and apple crisp that you didn’t know you were looking for. Just watch who you offer one to, don’t want to offend anyone. This wild cinnamon whiskey shot combines Fireball whiskey and a pint of Angry Orchard Apple Cider, and flavor-wise is the perfect blend of cinnamon and sour tastes.
Lemon Drop Martini
You’ll often see the Lemon Drop deemed a Martini, but the common choice of glassware is really the only thing Martini-like about it. “At its base, the cocktail is simply a Vodka Crusta,” says Portland, Oregon, bartender Nathan Elliott. “Crustas were originally brandy-based sours incorporating a sugared rim. In the ’70s, vodka was in vogue, which made it the obvious spirit of choice for the Lemon Drop. With the drink’s refreshing balance of sweet and tart, it’s a cocktail that has effortlessly spanned the decades since its inception.” With a sweet mix of vodka, lemon juice and simple sugar, this simple but classic cocktail will have you wanting more.
Peach Mule
Legend has it that the Moscow Mule originated back in 1941 when a John G. Martin of Heublein, Inc (who had just started distributing Smirnoff Vodka in the USA) and Jack Morgan, owner of the Cock ‘n’ Bull Tavern in LA who made his own ginger beer were trying to find a way to sell more of their product. A play on the classic Moscow mule, the Peach Mule is a lightly balanced, fruity version perfect for summer, a mix of ginger beer, vodka and peach schnapps
Mexican Mule
You’ve heard of The Moscow Mule and the Peach Mule—well, this mule’s got way more kick. Swap that vodka for white tequila, and mix with ginger beer and lime juice. Garnish and go. You’ve just brought “the party” to your table, OLE!

Draft
Coors
Light bodied, pale, fizzy lagers made popular by the large macro-breweries (large breweries) of America after Prohibition. Low bitterness, thin malts, and moderate alcohol. Focus is less on flavor and more on mass-production and consumption, cutting flavor and sometimes costs with adjunct cereal grains, like rice and corn. ABV: 5%
Coors Light
The Light Lager is generally a lighter version of a brewery’s premium lager, some are lower in alcohol but all are lower in calories and carbohydrates compared to other beers. Typically a high amount of cereal adjuncts like rice or corn are used to help lighten the beer as much as possible. Very low in malt flavor with a light and dry body. The hop character is low and should only balance with no signs of flavor or aroma. ABV: 4.2%
Blue Moon Belgian White
Belgian in origin, this unfiltered style of ale is pale and cloudy in appearance due to the high level of wheat, and sometimes oats, used in the mash. Always spiced, generally with coriander, orange peel, and occasionally other spices or herbs in the background. The crispness and slight tang comes from the wheat and the lively level of carbonation. This is one style that many US brewers have taken a liking to, and have done a very good job of staying to style. Sometimes served with a lemon, order one without a garnish if you truly want to enjoy the untainted subtleties of this style. Often referred to as “white beers” (witbier) due to the cloudiness created by yeast in suspension. ABV: 5.4%
420 Extra Pale Ale
Dry Hopped with a fat stash of Cascade hops. Our most popular brew! A tasty West Coast style Extra Pale Ale accentuated with a stimulating hop character. First conceived in our bat cave on 4/20, this kind of beer keeps the wheels on the bus going round and round!
Bud Light

1554 Special Release
1554 defies the style guidelines of modern beer. Although dark in color, 1554 is not a porter, stout, schwarzbier or bock. Rather, it is a rebirth of a lost beer style called zwert (Flemish for black), which uses gruit for bittering. The oldest reference to zwert beer comes from 1285. However, our brewing inspiration came from a book published in 1554, which was the height of popularity for zwertbeer. First released in 1998, our whimsical improvisation includes a variety of specialty dark malts, a dash of licorice root, and a European lager yeast that’s fermented at ale temperatures. ABV: 6.0%
Voodoo Ranger IPA
Bursting with tropical aromas and juicy fruit flavors from Mosaic and Amarillo hops, this golden IPA is perfectly bitter with a refreshing, sublime finish. ABV: 7.0%

English hops deliver balanced notes of woody fruit tree without bitterness. Sláinte. Pours deep amber with a quaffable biscuity-quality, light toffee sweetness and roasty finish. ABV: 6%
Hazyish IPA
A juicy and hazy India Pale Ale with low bitterness, an expressive aroma of four different hop varieties, and a creamy mouthfeel. We wouldn’t be Avery Brewing if we didn’t put our own stamp on the juicy and hazy IPA style. We took all that is great in a hazy IPA; low bitterness paired with the powerful and juicy aroma of hops, and the silky sensation of the liquid, but brewed for excellent shelf stability and consistency from batch to batch. ABV: 7.0%
